If you notice that they’re happy with another person then ignore them. I know that it’s difficult, but you can do it. So, never compare to yourself to another person.
Avoiding new romantic opportunities:
You shouldn’t be thrown again yourself into dating and into love when your heart has freshly broken. But you should also be estimation; you have not a capacity, again making to stabilities after the heartbroken. It isn’t a wise quality that you only dating anyone else for 2 or 6 months. You need to think about a long time relationship. You should give yourself a reasonable deadline. So, you avoid the new romantic opportunities for some time.
Keeping painful reminders around you:
In which include the keep reminders of the person or relationship around your photographs, mementos, social-media messages, and gifts. You remember that such items are also a clear and constant reminder in the relationship and as such can also be very painful and difficult for you. These spoiled your future time. You should think to whether having such items around staving off you from moving on. So, it might be the best idea to remove them from your mind and views.

Idealizing the person who dumped you:
Both are made idealize to each other, in the relationship. But if the person broke your heart, then your relationship is not best as you thought. So, you need have to change your ideal in your life. You should change to various flaws and your weak points they lead during the breakup time. Breakup pain makes it harder to deal.
